The answers to your questions
I’m not comfortable in front of the camera — can you help with that?
Absolutely. Most of my clients say the same thing at first! I guide you through relaxed, natural poses and keep the atmosphere light and stress-free. You’ll be surprised how quickly you settle in.
What should I wear for my portrait session?
Wear something that makes you feel confident. Solid colors, minimal patterns, and textures work great on camera.
Where do the sessions take place?
You can choose from an outdoor location, your home, or a local coffee shop, airbnb or any other public space.
I can give you some location advise based on the look and feel you’re going for.
When will I receive my photos?
Usualy You’ll receive the final edited gallery within 2–3 weeks. Priority editing is available if needed.
What kind of lighting do you use during sessions?
I work with both natural and artificial lighting, depending on the look we’re going for. For soft, natural portraits, I love using window light or shooting outdoors during golden hour. For more polished or dramatic looks and for real estate photography I use my portable professional studio lights, reflectors, and modifiers.
What if we’re shooting on a cloudy day or indoors?
No worries at all — I bring backup lighting and modifiers to adjust for any situation. Overcast skies can actually be great for even, soft light. Indoors, I use softboxes and reflectors to mimic natural light and keep the results professional.
Do you retouch the photos?
Yes. I carefully edit each image for lighting, color, and composition. Light retouching (like blemish removal and skin smoothing) possible, but I keep everything looking natural.
Do you offer videography as well as photography?
Yes! I offer videography services for personal branding, behind-the-scenes reels, and short lifestyle films.
What is your rescheduling and cancellation policy?
I understand that life can be unpredictable, and I do my best to be flexible,
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session once at no additional charge if you give at least 72 hours’ notice. Reschedules due to weather or emergencies are always handled with care and understanding.
Cancellations: Your initial deposit is non-refundable, as it reserves your date and time. If you cancel completely, the deposit cannot be transferred.
However, I’m happy to apply it to a future session if you give advance notice.
If something urgent comes up, please reach out — communication is key, and I’ll always try to work with you.
Do you have a studio ?
I currently don’t have a permanent studio space, as I specialize in natural light and on-location sessions. However, if you prefer an indoor setting, I can arrange studio rental that suits your needs.
What if I’m worried about not liking the photos?
I totally understand the concern — and I’m happy to say that I’ve never had anyone walk away unhappy with their photos! My goal is to make sure you're thrilled with the results. From the initial consultation to the final gallery, I work closely with you to ensure your vision is captured. If there’s ever something you’re unsure about during the shoot, we can always adjust to make sure you love every image.
Important Information
Booking:A booking is confirmed once the required booking fee and signed agreement have been received.
Image selection:Package inclusions refer to professionally edited final images. Additional images and gallery upgrades can be purchased where available.
Editing:All final images are professionally colour-corrected and edited by Seven Photography. Extensive retouching or specialised editing may incur an additional fee.
Weather:Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled where weather conditions are unsuitable or unsafe.
Travel:Travel outside the standard service area may incur an additional travel fee.
Wedding bookings:Wedding dates are secured once the booking fee and signed agreement have been received. A free consultation is recommended before booking so we can discuss your day and coverage requirements.
Copyright & usage: Copyright remains with Seven Photography. Clients receive personal-use rights for portrait and wedding images. Commercial usage is included where specifically stated for business and branding packages.
Pricing:Prices are current at the time of publication and may be updated for future bookings. Existing confirmed bookings will remain at the agreed price.
