10. Online Gallery & Image Archive Policy
10.1 Your private online gallery will remain available for 3 months from the date of delivery, giving you plenty of time to view and download your images.
Please ensure you download and securely back up all of your images during this period. After 3 months, the online gallery will expire and will no longer be available for download.
Seven Photography archives completed client images; however, ongoing storage cannot be guaranteed indefinitely. If your images are still available in the archive, an expired gallery can be recreated upon request.
A standard $100 gallery reopening fee applies to cover the time involved in retrieving your archived images, creating a new gallery and re-uploading the files available for download for 3 months. Once your gallery has been reopened, a new download link will be provided.
11. Image Delivery and Editing Times
11.1 Portrait & Photography Sessions
Your images are carefully selected and professionally edited. Your private online gallery will be ready for viewing and download within 4 weeks of your photoshoot. Priority editing may be available for an additional fee. Please ask about availability.
11.2 Weddings
Wedding galleries require significantly more editing due to the number of images and level of detail involved. Your completed wedding gallery will be finalised and delivered within 8 weeks of your wedding date.
Please check this page periodically for updates.
